WebHarriet Island Pavilion was one-of-a-kind. We got married in December (which is their off-season) and were allowed to rent the space the Friday before to set-up everything ahead of time. Brittany and the staff were extremely accommodating, and ready to help us with any of our needs. They reassured us that everything we wished for would be executed. WebThe Harriet Island Pavilion, currently known as the Clarence W. Wigington Pavilion, is a park pavilion on Harriet Island just across the Mississippi River from downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota. It was designed by Clarence W. Wigington, the nation's first black municipal architect, and renamed for Wigington after a 2000 restoration.
